Before hitting the waves, every session begins with a structured beach training designed for maximum success. This essential preparation includes a thorough warm-up to enhance flexibility and minimize the risk of injury. During this time, we focus on core fundamentals including balance, positioning, timing, and pop-up technique, which are vital for any aspiring surfer. Through interactive drills and engaging activities, participants learn not only the skills necessary for surfing but also the underlying principles that contribute to effective wave riding. With personalized coaching and easy-to-follow instructions, you'll gain the confidence and understanding needed to catch your first wave smoothly and safely, setting a strong foundation for your surfing journey. Emphasis is placed on fostering a supportive environment, where questions are welcomed, and guided practice leads to steady improvement.
🏖️ THEORY & PRACTICE ON THE BEACH
Before getting into the water, we will start our lesson right here on the beach. This is the most important part! 📚🌊
Here, our instructor will teach you:
✅ Safety Rules – How to stay safe in the ocean.
✅ Surf Theory – Understanding waves and tides.
✅ The "Pop Up" Technique – How to stand up correctly on the board.
✅ Correct Body Position – Lying and balancing properly.
We will practice the movements many times until you feel confident and comfortable. No rush, take it easy! 😊
Once you are ready and understand the basics, then we will go together to catch your first wave! 🏄♂️💨
🏄♂️ MASTERING THE TECHNIQUE & WATER SAFETY
After you have mastered how to stand up correctly on the beach, our instructor will explain everything you need to know before entering the water. We will teach you:✅ Safety Rules in the Water – How to avoid accidents and stay safe.
✅ Your Position in the Line Up – Where to sit and wait for the waves.✅ How to Paddle Out – The right way to go through the waves.✅ Reading the Waves – Understanding which wave is good to take.
We make sure you feel 100% confident and understand all signals before we start surfing together! 🌊🤙
📊 SURFING LEVELS
🔰 BEGINNER
For First Timers & Absolute Beginners
This level is perfect for you if you have never surfed before or only tried it once or twice.
We will teach you from the very beginning:
✅ Basic theory and safety rules.
✅ How to stand up correctly
✅ How to catch white waves (whitewater).
✅ How to balance and control the board.
Goal: Feel comfortable on the board and able to stand up and ride waves safely.
🟢 INTERMEDIATE
Ready to Catch Unbroken Waves
You already know how to stand up and can ride white waves well. Now it's time to go further!
In this level, we will guide you to:
✅ Paddle out through the waves.
✅ Position yourself in the lineup.
✅ Catch green waves (unbroken waves).
✅ Turn left and right (bottom turn).
Goal: Ride open faces of the waves and improve your style.
🔴 ADVANCED
For Experienced Surfers
You can already catch waves and turn comfortably. You want to take your skills to the next level!
Our coach will help you to:
✅ Read complex wave conditions.
✅ Perform advanced maneuvers.
✅ Improve speed, power, and flow.
✅ Find the best spots and barrels.
Goal: Master advanced techniques and maximize your performance.
